Chain Grate Exported to Vietnam
The chain grate is a mechanized coal-fired equipment widely used in industrial boilers. It has the characteristics of reliable structure and stable operation, and occupies a dominant position in the field of industrial boilers. The appearance of the chain grate is similar to that of a belt conveyor. Its operation process is that the coal falls from the coal hopper to the front end of the grate by its own weight, moves slowly from front to back with the grate, and enters the furnace through the coal gate. The height of the coal gate can be freely adjusted to control the thickness of the coal layer. The air is introduced from the partitioned air supply chamber under the grate, intersecting with the movement direction of the coal seam. The coal is preheated, dried, ignited, and burned in the furnace in sequence until it is burned out. The ash moves to the rear with the grate, falls into the rear water-cooled ash hopper, and is discharged by the slag remover.
