Load Adjustment of Waste Incineration Plant Units

Ways to Adjust Unit Load
1. Adjustment according to load instructions:
Using "power control", the DEH system can intelligently adjust the valve opening of the turbine to adapt to the set load requirements.
2. Adjustment according to pressure parameters:
After setting the main steam pressure value, the DEH control system will automatically adjust the opening degree of the turbine regulating valve to ensure that the required pressure is always maintained at a constant level.
3. DEH manual adjustment:
"Valve control" is used in the DEH control of the turbine. By increasing or decreasing the valve opening instructions, the turbine regulating valve opening is manually adjusted to meet the requirements of the unit operating conditions.
4. Isolated grid operation adjustment:
When the isolated grid control is put into operation, the unit will automatically enter the isolated grid operation mode. At this time, the unit will switch to speed control, that is, the DEH system will automatically adjust the opening of the turbine regulating valve to maintain the unit frequency at 50HZ. The operator adjusts the generator box Hertz to maintain the rated voltage, and switches the generator excitation to the "constant voltage" mode to keep the voltage stable.
